What do you help with most often?
Most often it is web and internal applications, AI features on top of company data, automation for emails and documents, internal assistants, and agent workflows tied to CRM, support, or operations.

👩💻 Need a web or AI application, a sensible automation setup, or an agent workflow that actually works in day-to-day operations?

My name is Pavel Pančocha. Since 2018 I have been building web applications and automating company workflows. I work mostly with Python and Django, but in recent years I have also been building AI applications, internal assistants, and agent workflows for specific operational tasks.
I like solutions that still make sense after the first wave of excitement wears off. If a classic web app is the right answer, I build that. If AI helps, or if an agent-based approach makes more sense, I design it so it stays usable, readable, and maintainable.
I work with companies across different fields, from fleet management to CRM systems and e-commerce. Most of my work is remote, but I am also available in person around Brno and Vysočina.
The work usually falls into two main tracks, which often complement each other.
01 · development
I design and build applications in Django, from internal tools and customer portals to systems where AI helps with search, data review, draft generation, or user support. I care about a clear design, reliable operation, and AI solving a real problem instead of just looking clever in a meeting.
02 · automation & agents
Using Make.com, Tabidoo, and custom Python services, I connect systems, automate routine work, and build agent workflows where they make sense. Typical examples are email handling, document processing, support, internal assistants, or multi-step processes with clear rules and a measurable outcome.
I keep collaboration simple and transparent.
step 1
We go through your needs and goals together. We clarify what you actually need and agree on scope and rough timing. The call is free and non-binding.
step 2
I break the project into smaller pieces and deliver them step by step. I show progress as we go, collect feedback, and adjust the solution to fit your needs. You only pay for work that has actually been done.
step 3
Once the project is done, I make sure the handover is smooth, including documentation and onboarding. I also offer ongoing maintenance and development on a monthly basis.
Direct communication, no middle layer
You talk directly to me, the person designing and building your application. No handoffs, no unnecessary noise.
AI only where it helps
I do not add AI because it is fashionable. If it makes sense, I use it. If a simpler path is better, I say that plainly.
Transparent pricing and progress
You always know what you are paying for. I keep you updated on the work and any changes along the way.
Long-term collaboration
I am not a one-off vendor. Most of my client work is long-term product and systems development.
Experience from real projects
Since 2018 I have helped companies with product development, automation, and putting AI into concrete processes. I have experience with CRM systems, payments, fleet management, e-commerce, and internal tools.
I help most when the answer is not just 'write a prompt' or 'glue a quick prototype together'. I am most useful when the product, backend, data, and day-to-day operations all need to fit together.
Not a chatbot off to the side, but something that works with your data, documents, APIs, and internal rules.
I can design the classic application, the integration layer, and the AI part so the whole thing stays coherent and maintainable.
Not every problem is an agent problem. If a simpler workflow, form, or integration is better, I will recommend that instead.
I also deal with the boring-but-important bits: permissions, traceability, model limits, error states, and handing the system over to real day-to-day use.
Most often it is web and internal applications, AI features on top of company data, automation for emails and documents, internal assistants, and agent workflows tied to CRM, support, or operations.
When a process has multiple steps, uses more than one data source, and still needs clear rules, oversight, and a way for a human to step in. If the task is simple, regular automation is often the better choice.
Yes. I often help at the stage where the goal is to separate useful ideas from dead ends and choose the first step that will produce a real result.
I usually start with three things: what problem should disappear, where the data comes from, and how we will know the solution is actually working. If those questions are hard to answer, it is often better to simplify the process first.
What clients say about working with me.
I can only recommend Pavel. For a long time I put off turning my ideas and workflow automation into reality because I am not very comfortable with IT or programming. I was nervous about the unknown, but I still wanted to move things forward. I am glad Pavel was recommended to me. I only had to explain how I wanted the solution to work, and he always looked for the right approach, then built and tuned it.
Martin Štrojsa
We have been working with Pavel on the Autonapůl project for years. He has a strong eye for detail and for finishing things, and he always looks for a more efficient solution. He brings initiative and independence. I am consistently impressed by how thoughtful his decisions are and by the changes he proposes.
Stanislav Kutáček
Pavel is a rare kind of developer. He understands code, but he also understands the broader context of the problem. He knows that good communication is part of the solution, so he actively joins conversations with users and clients. His experience from his own projects means he brings both engineering and product thinking, which is a huge advantage in practice. I recommend Pavel not only as a developer, but as someone who gets things across the finish line.
